DANIEL A. ROSENFELD, Principal
Dan Rosenfeld started his real estate career with The Cadillac Fairview Corporation, the largest publicly held development company in North America, where he developed over two million square feet of office, industrial and R&D space. In subsequent years, he worked for Kilroy Industries and was regional partner of Tishman/Speyer Properties in Frankfurt, Germany, charged with construction and leasing of the Helmut Jahn-designed 70-story MesseTurm office tower, the tallest in Europe.

In 1992, Mr. Rosenfeld was appointed Deputy Director of Real Estate in the Department of General Services of the State of California with responsibility for 18,000 State-owned properties. He managed the successful completion of nineteen major building projects, totaling eight million square feet. Many
of these projects have been recognized for their creative use of existing and historical buildings and their contributions to the revitalization of California's cities.

Upon completion of his term in Sacramento, Mr. Rosenfeld was invited by Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan to establish similar asset management programs for the 12 million square feet of buildings and 8,000 properties controlled by the City of Los Angeles.

After leaving public service, Mr. Rosenfeld directed the Los Angeles development office of Jones Lang LaSalle, a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate services firm, where he continued his efforts on the redevelopment of downtown Los Angeles and other local communities.

Mr. Rosenfeld is a member of the Los Angeles Civic Center Authority, President of the Boards of Directors of Grand Performances and Collage Dance Theatre and a member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the Central City Association of Los Angeles.

Mr. Rosenfeld received a BA in Architecture and a BS in Structural Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

PAUL N. KELLER , Principal
Mr. Paul Keller and Keller-related entities have been responsible for over 2,000 real estate and construction projects in the continental United States and Hawaii. He and his organizations have provided development, construction and project and construction management oversight services to a wide variety of clients and have completed literally hundreds of projects with a combined value in excess of $5 billion.

Mr. Keller has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Keller Equity Group, Inc., Keller CMS, Inc. and Keller Construction Co., Ltd. He has twenty-seven years of experience in the real estate and construction industries.

Mr. Keller attended California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. He is a Trustee of the Union Rescue Mission Foundation and a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Los Angeles Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization.
